The 2005 AEJP conference took place at Regis University in Denver from July 17 through July 19 with over 40 members in attendance.

Participants also enjoyed one another's company. On Sunday, attendees enjoyed a cookout on campus. Monday evening featured a cocktail party, a banquet, and a sing-along at the Boettcher Mansion, a beautiful setting for a fun-filled evening.

Sessions included:

• A hands-on digital photography workshop with photographer Barry Staver
• A discussion of style sheets, led by Dick VandeVelde, SJ
• A talk on working with freelance writers, given by Sally Stich from the American Society of Journalists and Authors
• An overview of graphic design for the non-designer, given by Regis University's team of graphic artists
